Backward Wave Oscillation (BWO) experiments using Large Ampere eXperiment-1 (Lax-1) Induction Linac for a seed power source of mm-wave FEL are carrying out. On the Lax-1 Induction Linac, the beam energy of 1MeV and the beam current of a few kA are accelerated with the pulse length of 100nsec. In the BWO experiments, the annular beam are injected into a corrugated wave guide by guiding the axial magnetic field of 1T level. Up to now, the oscillation power of 200 MW were obtained at 9.8 GHz. In these BWO experiments, the annular beam transport from the electron gun to the inlet of the corrugated wave guide is a key, these beam transport will be presented in details.
