In this paper we describe the Duke FEL facility. Currently, the Duke FEL laboratory operates two FELs - the UV OK-4/Duke storage ring FEL and the IR Mark III FEL. In addition to coherent radiation from the OK-4 and Mark III, Duke storage ring supply broad range spontaneous radiation from the OK-4 system, from its bending magnets as well as beams of semi-monochromatic gamma rays. The radiation is delivered into dedicated user facility - the Keck life-science building. We present the parameters of the beams available to users and existing user infrastructure and support. We also discuss the issues that are important for the user facility, in particular, the beam-lifetime, the availability of the beam time and reliability of machines. In conclusion, we talk about our plans for up-grades of machines, beam-lines and user stations.
