The FEL User Facility at the Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility (Jefferson Lab) has provided beam to users since the summer of 1999. Since then, we have doubled the number of operational labs, added more flexibility to our temporal output, and performed a number of measurements to fully characterize the laser performance. We will summarize these capabilities in this presentation, as well as highlight some of the research results of the last year.
