A registration fee of US$425 will cover both the Conference and the Workshop. A reduced rate of US$150 will be available for students.

Instructions for the preparation of abstracts will be included in the Second Announcement. Abstracts must be received by Friday May 15, 2000. The Second Announcement will provide details about the call for papers, registration and housing.
